Bhd. (“FIUU”) is a leading Fintech company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients in the payment space. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Intern to join our team and assist with merchant submission and onboarding processes.Responsibilities:Assist in the merchant submission and onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.Communicate with merchants to gather necessary information and provide support throughout the onboarding process.Maintain accurate records of merchant submissions and onboarding status in the company’s database.Collaborate with the business development and operations onboarding team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the onboarding process.Provide administrative support to the business support team, including data entry, filing, and document management.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the merchant onboarding process. Learning Objectives:Gain hands-on experience in the merchant submission and onboarding process.Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting with merchants and internal teams.Learn to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.Understand the importance of compliance and documentation in the onboarding process.Enhance problem-solving skills by identifying and resolving issues in the onboarding process.Gain insights into the operations of a business support team and the role it plays in the overall success of the company. Pre-Requisites :Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Benefits:Hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team.Networking opportunities within the industry.Potential for future employment opportunities based on performance.Are you game?
