As a Business Process Analyst at Equinix, you'll have the opportunity to identify and implement process optimizations, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service. Develop procedures for a high-performance culture, minimizing waste and inefficiency. Your input is crucial for team strategy and scalability.What’s your day to day? You will lead the optimization of processes and implement a Lean culture in the NL Operations Department. You will refine and implement methods, procedures, tools, and policies to ensure the highest quality service to our internal customers. We need you to help us Identify problems and develop solutions, build and develop relevant networks, take action to resolve issues and support with internal improvement projects! All of that will be part of your day to day!Who are we looking for? You will have a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (ideally business/ IT, but surprise us!), with a track record in optimising processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with great interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders as you build the engagement we need for success. Knowledge of Lean process optimization and experience with Power Platform (or similar low code tools) is preferred.What should you bring? You should be able to manage small projects, multitask, and follow up on actions with strong organisational and planning skills.
