Job Requisition ID #24WD80504Position OverviewThis is a fulltime Role reporting to the Sr Manager of Technical sales. You will be based onsite in Mumbai, Bangalore or Delhi, India and will require the travel up to 50% of the time . This is an Individual contributor role ,however the role would require leading virtual teams spanning geographies and technology specializations. As a Partner Technology Specialist, you will enable and support partners in the technical pre-sales process for partner-led opportunities. You will help our partners succeed.Responsibilities Develop partner technical sales capacity and support the Partner Sales Manager in partner business planning, technical skill assessment, and capacity planningIdentify partner capacity and capability gaps to drive curated enablement for partnersCoach Autodesk Partners on product demonstration techniques and tools.Influence product sales through technical thought leadership during business development activities with the channel ecosystemOwn and orchestrate the hand-over of projects from the presales phase to deploymentSupport partners in their transformation journey to build repeatable solutions and build high-value service capabilitiesEngage with Autodesk Partners on selective, well-qualified and partner-led opportunities that are orchestrated by the Partner Sales ManagerExperience using a CRM software systemManage full sales cycles from prospecting to closingPromote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customersUnderstand the prospect's needs and market solutions which align to those needsMinimum Qualifications A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline from a reputed institute7+ years of experience in the AEC industryKnowledge of Autodesk solutions for design like Revit, Civil3D, and Autodesk construction cloudExperience of BIM and industry workflowsPrior experience in Partner facing presales/Technical Sales Specialist roles would be an added advantagePreferred Qualifications Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and produce quality deliverablesDevelop good working relationships with partner teams at all levelsSeek ways to expand technical knowledgeAssume responsibility/accountability for delivery of technical account managementAdapt to customer/partner needs and cultureExperience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect#LI-DNILearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
