Job Requisition ID #24WD80437Position OverviewThis is a fulltime Role reporting to the APAC Director of Technical sales. You will be based onsite in Mumbai, India and will require the travel up to 50% of the time . This is an Individual contributor role . As a Technical Solutions Executive, you'll partner with our Sales Executive to drive incremental annual recurring revenue (ARR) by translating our customers' challenges into technical solutions that deliver outcomes.Responsibilities Develop account plans: In partnership with our Sales Executives, you'll validate customer success plans and execute strategies for closing business and driving expansion. You'll coordinate with global account resources on account strategy and customer initiatives, using Autodesk's standard sales methodologies to ensure technical closure and alignment with sales strategiesBuild customer relationships: You'll develop an understanding of our customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build trusted advisor relationships. You'll maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business processes, technology trends, and workflows within the AEC domain, providing the insight and guidance required to position the value of current and new Autodesk solutionsLead technical discovery and value engineering: You'll lead technical discovery, providing guidance in formulating requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process assessments, and project assessments for sales opportunities. You'll lead Value Engineering workshops to help uncover business issues, drivers, and initiatives, and use this information to connect Autodesk solutions to deliver outcomesSecure customer closure: You'll align with key customer stakeholders to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solution. You'll manage technical evaluations, define solution architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, pilot projects, and 3rd party engagements, providing technical validation and assessing the feasibility, correctness, and completeness of proposed solutionsCollaborate: You'll develop trusted working relationships with our sales team and adjacent business resources, overseeing and guiding these resources within outlined account objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and business closureUse a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospectsManage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.Minimum QualificationsA degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline from a reputed institute7+ years of experience in the AEC industryKnowledge of Autodesk solutions for design like Revit, Civil3D, and Autodesk construction cloudExperience of BIM and industry workflowsPrior experience in customer-facing presales/Technical Sales Specialist roles would be an added advantagePreferred QualificationsExperience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect in unstructured settingsEngage across programs and produce quality deliverablesDevelop good working relationships with customer team members at all levelsSeek ways to expand technical knowledgeAdapt to customer/partner needs and cultureWork in a team environment#LI-DNILearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
