We are looking for a strategic-minded, highly proactive forward-thinking professional, to be a key catalyst, responsible for helping to drive the strategy, timing and orchestration of M&A deal life cycles from early-stage integration planning through deal close and post-close execution. In this role, the candidate will have the ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment, drive alignment on priorities, budget, timing and execution, ensuring success through the application of repeatable frameworks and processes and ensure our customers are supported.What you'll Do: Ensure M&A integrations are completed per planned timing, funding, and designated scopeBreakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the plans to senior managementDrive cross-functional alignment, accountability and ownership for M&A integration activities, partner with business and team members to remove barriers, accelerating time to action and increase efficienciesPartner closely with senior leaders and business/functional leaders to deliver outstanding support, and ensure alignment across the operating model, integration approach and organizational structure for each deal to drive executionDevelop and implement integration-related key performance indicators to measure the efficiency of transaction-value drivers.Build and manage operational cadence, drive integration plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, run regular integration meetings and drive proactive issue resolution.Proactively identify areas for improvements throughout the deal lifecycle and implement best-in-class practices.Ensure repeatable process strategy and finance integration toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, work plans) are set up and maintained up to date, and incorporate prior experience and industry-leading practices across all key workstreamsDevelop executive-level presentations and effectively communicate complex processes and data in a clear and concise mannerBuild trusted and strong working relationships with all stakeholders across the organizationWhat you need to succeed Proven experience (10+ years) driving Global M&A Integrations and Transformation initiatives in a heavily matrixed orgConsulting experience preferably focusing on Global M&A integrations and Transformation, Strategy/ Operations projects with a strong understanding in the GTM and Q2C processes Flexibility to adapt to constantly evolving needs, ability to lead multiple priorities at once, prioritizing conflicting demandsWork effectively in a fast-paced environment and establish clarity when faced with uncertainty.Self-starter and self-motivated with a hands-on approach, strong consultative approach to problem-solving ability and ability to deliver with minimal direct supervisionInfluential; forging relationships and communicating effectively and persuasively, both internally and with partnersInnovative; thinking creatively to solve problems and address business needsAbility to build project goals, messaging, communication, and overall plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and executive presence, strong acumen, able to communicate to non-technical and technical audiences and establish relationships across all levelsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $109,300 -- $213,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
