Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful customer projects? Workiva is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be the point person for customer implementation projects, leading the way in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and documenting project progress. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating through complex challenges and ensuring project success from inception to completion.What You'll DoAct as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues and inquiries, providing input and making informed decisions on methods, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project expectationsLead and hold the project team accountable for timelines, budget, deliverables, and scope, ensuring efficient project executionManage project documentation and reporting, effectively communicating potential delays and estimated delivery dates to stakeholdersOversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and scope to achieve project goals while adhering to regulatory parametersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholder teams and Workiva leaders, to advocate on behalf of the customer and ensure alignment throughout the projectConsult with stakeholders and leadership to address any deviations from budget, timeline, or scope and recommend readjustments as needed What You'll NeedMinimum Requirements3+ years of project management or related experience with a Bachelor's DegreePreferred QualificationFluent or professional-level of Spanish preferredPrince2, PMP, or other PM certification Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environmentFamiliarity working within the Software or Technology field is preferred, providing valuable insights into industry-specific challengesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-facing experience, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with customers and build strong relationships Travel Requirements and Working ConditionsWillingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests  Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $69,000.00 - $117,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
