As VP of our IPMS Partner Solutions and Platforms, you will have the responsibility of leading and growing our $75M+ portfolio of solutions.  This role will focus on a number of key internal Clarivate product builds as well as acquisitions planned to improve our position within the IPMS space and more broadly within the IP practice space. The VP will help to bring these new products and teams into the Clarivate group while also providing support for the continued growth and investment into these new tools. Longer term, these tools will be considered for integration into our IPMS suite.  The VP will work with our teams to consider how these new acquisitions will influence our long term IPMS strategy.  This role will help us to grow our business by bringing new Technology offerings into Clarivate and then out into the market. You will work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, engineering, data science, and design as well as managing a team of Product Directors and Managers. You will also be the ‘face’ of Clarivate, traveling globally to meet with customers and attend and present at industry events.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 15+ years of experience as a Director of Product Management or similar leadership role within product management/technology Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience  It would be great if you also had…  Proven record of accomplishment in product management within corporate setting Experience with product strategy, commercialization/product marketing, business development, and product management Experience leading and developing a team of product managers Experience guiding teams and colleagues through fast-paced and difficult periods of transformation (either fast growth or digital transformation experience) A track record of delivering usage and revenue growth Experience working with an international team and global customer base IP industry experience MBA and/or JD degree  What will you be doing in this role? Set the strategy and vision for the distribution of integration of newly acquired product offerings and services. Own the Product Management function for the integration and distribution of these new solutions. Lead a team of product directors and managers. Empower your team to own their individual portfolios in alignment with the overall vision. Structure your team, identify resource needs, and recruit top talent accordingly Develop a world class agile and data driven product development process in partnership with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Science, etc. Advocate agile principles throughout the organization, and help the team adopt those principles Be the voice of your customers and users. Champion their needs both within and outside the organization. Give your team the tools they need to listen to their users Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Ensure new value propositions are well defined and in support of commercial strategy Work with other business leads (e.g. Patent & Brand Services, Analytics, etc.), whose products support the IP lifecycle management to ensure a coordinated and cohesive strategy. Ensure alignment with overall strategy through close collaboration with Executive and Strategy teams Form strong external relationships with the market, including existing and potential partners, both established and new  About the Team The IPMS team operates at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions to our global clientele.
