The role will be responsible for optimizing our global travel operations, overseeing day-to-day operations of the travel program, from a vendor and traveler standpoint, and providing guidance and managing our travel security platform. The position reports to Financial Planning & Analysis leader and works closely with all travel management partners and vendors (including internal stakeholders, hotels, airlines, and car rental agencies, etc.) to ensure an exemplary employee experience. Responsibilities:Define and recommend solutions that can pivot, scale, and evolve company’s global business travel program.Build and implement strategies and SOPs that can help streamline operations, improve the traveler experience, reduce risk, and manage costs in an effort to drive efficiency.Create a best-in-class internal communication strategy to fuel employee engagement, and positively impact our offices across the globe relative to travel.Develop and maintain expertise on traveler sentiments and key travel industry trends and changes within the corporate travel programResponsible for the behind scenes organization and strategy of company’s business travel Create and maintain nCino’s corporate travel platform for the strategy and execution required to grow and innovate.Enhance and develop world-class travel policies and employee satisfaction with effective cost related tools with extensive internal trainingCreate insightful reports that detail the potential and actual savings related to each trip transaction maximizing ROI of corporate travel spend as well as the overall performance of the travel programDevelop metrics to track supplier performance and cost effectiveness with visibility into when and where employees are traveling, and utilizing the right booking toolAnalyze data to streamline processes for future business travel constantly making improvements maximizing ROI of corporate travel spendCompile travel data to calculate current company carbon footprint and set achievable company goals to be more sustainable streamlining efforts to be more eco-consciousManage all employees’ duty of care and create a travel security platform program to support business travel globally and help to ensure business travel continuity.  Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to all company employees as well as via internal communications mediums and current training as booking tool and travel management change   Manage traveler benefits, including sales funds for company preferred airline suppliersBe the liaison between employees and our travel agency partners, communication policy, procedures and ensuring excellent customer service levels are met.Create, optimize, and monitor corporate travel policies and guidelinesQualifications:RequiredBachelor’s degree with 2 years' relevant experience or combination of education and experience such as high school diploma or general education degree with 2-4 years’ experience2 years’ global travel industry knowledge and experience coordinating travel for senior leaders, and/or administrative assistant supportStrong professional presence with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationAbility to function independently and collaboratively to drive projects forwardProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookInterpersonal communication and relationship building skillsAbility to learn new functions and enhance existing skillsAgile problem solving, ability to pivot, be flexible, and maintain a can-do attitudeDesiredExperience with ConcurAirline GDS (Sabre) experiencenCino retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position as business operations require.
