This is an integral, highly visible role with the opportunity to make a large impact for ServiceTitan. The Estimates & Proposals PM on the SalesTech team will own the development and launch of products & features to help take the sales experience to the next level for our home and commercial service providers. The SalesTech products and workflows enable our customers to build effective estimate and proposal tools to present professionally to their customers and effectively convert proposals into sales.This role requires strong drive, effective communication, and product management skillset to drive large initiatives and deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers.What You'll Do:Develop and execute the strategic vision for point-of-sale, Estimates, and Proposal product lines for our residential and commercial service providers Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and reprioritization to maximize impact and alignment with company initiativesEngage closely with customers and end-users to deeply understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features that innovate and delightWork closely with cross-functional teams to transform customer insights into detailed and actionable product requirements, guiding development efforts to meet user needs effectivelyLead the entire product lifecycle, from research and concept development to user stories, development, go-to-market strategy, and adoptionBuild strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, sales engineers, and stakeholders across all departmentsUtilize user analytics and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and deliver impactful product enhancementsAct as a domain and product expert within ServiceTitan and with customers, strategic prospects, and community engagements, driving understanding and advocacy for our solutionsDrive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans.Own customer escalations to ensure proper resolution while communicating impact to roadmap itemsProactively identify and address conflicts and bottlenecks to maintain product development momentumWhat You'll Bring:4-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful product launches.Experience in Sales Technology software is highly desirable.Mobile experience preferred.Experience bringing products from conception to launch is a plus.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience working with trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, etc.) is advantageous.Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
