The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects for our strategic partners, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires excellent leadership skills, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.ScopeProject Lead, Partner Engagement will act as main POC for Partner Concerns related SaaS Tech Needs, Capable to handle any T1 account-PD/Support/Clouds Op Coordination for case resolutions ,Active Participation in Steering Committee / Triad calls, Prioritize and Collaboration with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times, Partner engagement and contribution to successful SaaS implementationsOur current technical environment (optional)· Anything noteworthy about software, application architecture, etc. that the candidate should knowWhat you’ll do · Keep CSAT response from customer higher than 30 %· Follow Gate Reviews from CDF process· Ensure Delivery environment in timely manner , quality and free of access issues inside 30 days or less· Maintain Updated Escalation records at least twice per week· Project Lead, Partner Engagement , will serve as SaaS Partner Manager with hands-on experience to handle key processes for a successful BY SaaS implementation.· Ensure 0 CED Red customer external escalations· Project/Customer management, 6 years of proven experience required· Lead at least 1 Continous improvement initiative for CX efficiencies· Initiate Commercial conversations w/DSS· Case Management Accountability & Reporting (Jira communications)· Coordinate Partner Customization Requests· Lead Mock / Cutover tasks· Maintain updated in timely manner / weekly basis GPS records in SalesForce· Ensure complete CX/HR/Ethic mandatory trainings· Active interaction with customer/partner and CE where no Triad Model exist· Break Internal silos to provide Agile responses· Prioritize and Collaboration with Global Service Delivery teams to increase case resolution times· Main POE for Partner SaaS Needs· Proactive Communication with partners/customers· Partner Collaboration for Integrated Delivery Plans· Ensure Partner follows BY Process/Docs to complete Transition to Steady State· Contribute for Long Term Strategies by aligning with PMO/Partner Alliances teamsWhat we are looking for· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field· 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology environment· Strong leadership and team management skills· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget· Experience managing partner relationships and delivering partner solutions· Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project· Fluent in English language· PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
