Director of Cloud Operation

Join a team of curious problem solvers that celebrates differences, leads with empathy and values inclusivity .  Lead and oversee the DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams in a SaaS company, ensuring optimal cloud operations, service reliability, and product quality. What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement cloud operations strategies aligned with business objectives Manage and mentor DevOps, SRE, and QA team leads Drive continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes Oversee incident management and resolution processes Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance service reliability and performance Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cloud operations Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies Implement GenAI-powered self-service platforms for other teams Develop and maintain AI-driven automation tools for cloud operations Oversee the integration of GenAI models into DevOps and SRE workflows Establish best practices for responsible AI use in cloud operations Collaborate with data science teams to leverage AI for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection Who you are: 15+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or related fields 7+ years of leadership experience in technology roles Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architectures Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred Experience implementing GenAI solutions in cloud environments Knowledge of large language models and their applications in DevOps and SRE Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices Understanding of AI-driven automation and its impact on cloud operations Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) Who we are: FourKites® is the #1 supply chain visibility platform in the world, extending visibility beyond transportation into yards, warehouses, stores and beyond.
