Cloud Software Development EngineerDescription -We are seeking a skilled and innovative Cloud Software Developer with strong TypeScript experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and be proficient in TypeScript, developing scalable, robust, and secure cloud-based applications.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Development:Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and services.Implement cloud infrastructure solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and management of applications.TypeScript Development:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable TypeScript code.Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using TypeScript.Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Integration & Collaboration:Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Best Practices & Standards:Follow and promote best practices in cloud architecture, security, and development.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud development and TypeScript.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based applications.Proven experience with TypeScript.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of ReactSoft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Cross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is  90,100.00-130,650.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
