Trend Analysis InternDescription -The Trend Analysis Intern for HP Inc. in Bulgaria is an experimental position. Are you ready to design our “Jarvis”?! Are you good at solving puzzles, riddles and finding patterns? As the intern you will work directly with the HP Inc. Bulgaria Managing Director and have a freedom to identify areas of interest, collect data, analyze, draw insights and present to the country leadership team for actions. We’re looking for someone who is curious, willing to experiment and explore unexpected areas for possible improvements.Possible example could be to collect data and analyze people’s behavioral patterns on interests, motivation and priorities to determine the best possible options to communicate and focus areas for the country leadership teamJob specifics/responsibilities:Identify areas of interest for the HP Inc. Country Leadership Team  Understand the HP Inc. Bulgaria Strategy & PrioritiesTalk to people, socialize and learn about people’s areas of interestDefine possible wins and insight areasCollect or extract data, structure & analyzeIdentify patterns, possible action optionsDraw conclusions & create recommendations for the country leadership teamPresent findings to country leadership teamFollow up on actions execution and document outcomeKey deliverables/accountabilities:Develop at least one insight/analysis per month based on area of interestOrganized and structured documentationWorking relationships:Country Leadership TeamCountry Business ManagersAll HP Inc.
