Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, also process after sales needs like returns, customer complaints.Coordinate, organize, schedule, and manage all inbound (incoming/arriving) and outbound (outgoing/delivering) shipments to make sure they arrive accurately and on time.Keep accurate records of all shipments and maintaining the reports.Communication with service providers, customers, and distribution.Facilitate efficient warehousing and inventory management.Proactively mitigate supply chain risks. Provide recommendations for processing, transportation, shipment, and warehouse operation improvements.Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs – a step-by-step set of instructions that goes through how to properly perform a task based on regulations or business standards)Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain managementStrong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).Very good English skills both oral and written.Experience in Order Management, Reporting, Inventory Management, Logistics and Returns ProcessingStrong skills in organization and communication and a team player.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasksKnowledge of WEEE & Copyright laws preferred.SAP knowledge is an advantage.Are you game?
