You will manage personnel, plan and coordinate projects, oversee vendor work, and ensure documentation and incident management are up to Equinix's standards. Responsibilities Management Manages the customers with a strong customer first attitude. Fulfills the contractual obligations for the customers and is constantly improving customer satisfaction scoresManages supervisors and professional individual contributors, guiding through defined management precedentsEnsures teams work safely, effectively, and with high regard for human error avoidance.
