Customer Operations Technician (m/w/d)Job SummaryThe Customer Operations Data Center Technician handles work order requests, maintains detailed documentation, and supports higher-level orders. Responsibilities include racking and stacking equipment, assisting with installations and cross-connects, conducting basic testing, and troubleshooting. The role also involves supporting operations and security teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing deployment expectations, providing on-site support, and assisting with projects under supervision.
