Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamWe are the team of sourcing professionals responsible for indirect sourcing across EMEA and APJ.About the RoleWorkday is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager in Dublin.  This person will be responsible to develop and manage global category strategies and understand the business/company requirements to maximise value and partner with business stakeholders. The focus of this role is on Indirect Sourcing categories for EMEA region. This also includes executing the end-to-end Sourcing process of creating and managing category strategies, spend and market analysis, running RFx’s, negotiating contracts and pricing, and supplier management. He/she should have deep sourcing and vendor management experience within the category space, be able to operate at ALL levels of the organisation and move seamlessly from tactical to strategic.  Additionally, this person must have a keen eye for detail, be able to provide insights based on market conditions and trends, investigate innovative methods optimise value from goods and service providers, improve the decision-making process, and increase the flow of information.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply ChainOther Qualifications Demonstrated sourcing experience leading RFx’s, conducting supplier management and managing a sourcing category with a focus on Indirect Sourcing categoriesFamiliarity with standard procurement concepts, practices, and proceduresLeader with strong organisational and interpersonal skillsPossess a positive attitude, excellent communication and analytical skillsDemonstration of critical thinking, ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvementProactive, result oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlinesUndergraduate Degree in Supply Chain or Business; Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
