This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work out of our New York City or Moonachie office, with as needed travel to support eBay employees in other offices where our frontline leaders and employees work. What you will accomplish: Assess supervisor & employee professional skills training needs based on alignment with the leaders, People Business Partner, Frontline COE and local Functional Training Managers & teams, as needed. Overseeing all aspects of instructional design, program management, facilitation, and experience creation Establish priorities aligned with business objectives and linkages to existing eBay programs and opportunities, including eBay's’ Leadership Development programs, LinkedIn Learning, Employee Development and DEI initiatives, and others. Identifying, analyzing and reporting on key measures to illustrate impact in alignment with benchmarks, key drivers, and business goals. Identify vital updates to materials, delivery methods, and evaluation tools to support program goals. What you will bring: Demonstrated experience in a learning, curriculum and content design, professional development, or equivalent human resources and talent development Demonstrated thought leadership and expertise in facilitation, employee development, front line manager development, leadership and team development Experience working in complex and changing business environments Ability to manage multiple projects and resources Strives for continuous improvement and actively pursues operational excellence, rigor, and process definition Adept at using data insights to analyze needs and illustrate impact #LI-GJPThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$126,800 - $187,550Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
