The Production Technology team is responsible for the technology strategy, delivery, and sustainment of the IT systems used to support production operations. The team ensures technology and business strategy remain tightly aligned through cross-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with the Apple corporate systems landscape. Members work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, information security, and others to deliver a technology ecosystem that meets the demands of a high-growth organization.
Description Description We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our team. This role provides technical support to the variety of individuals that make up the feature/television production environment. In addition to Help Desk queue management, the Help Desk Engineer mentors Help Desk team members, trains new hires, and supports our Tier 2 Production Support Engineers on a Tier 1.5 level. This role supports various Apple products and services from hardware to software as well as any specialized equipment or services required for the content creation process. They also serve as a ticket coordinator and source of knowledge for their team. This is a very fast-paced and highly demanding technical support environment. If you have a strong commitment to customer success and a passion for making the production process easier though technology, this position is for you. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years baseline knowledge of networking. 3+ experience providing support for MacOS, iOS, iPadOS and other computing devices. 3+ years experience supporting printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Education: Bachelors Degree or 2+ years experience in customer technical support. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $188,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
