The successful candidate is required to have strong end-to-end subscription commerce systems experience and demonstrate the ability to convert sophisticated business problems into solutions that meet business requirements.As a hands-on leader, the candidate will play a key role in the transformation Adobe’s billing services from current on-premises platform to new cloud solutions. This person must have deep knowledge of commerce subscription processes and lead the conversion of ATS billing services into successful high-quality cloud solutions. It is important that this person is successful in working across multi-functional technical teams and in mentoring other software engineers. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,900 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
