The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions (ISPS) - Special Programs team is dedicated to driving global infrastructure readiness to support the latest innovations in Apple’s product and service offerings. The ISPS team is seeking a driven and dynamic TPM passionate about optimizing Apple’s global infrastructure to unlock new experiences for global users. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning ISPS team deliverables with critical timelines for the introduction of these new products and services. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around defining vital tasks, being responsible for project progress, facilitating cross-functional collaboration through meetings, and delivering comprehensive reports on advancement towards overall program goals! Description Description The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions - Special Programs Senior Technical Program Manager will partner with cross-functional teams across Apple to ensure infrastructure readiness, specifically within our data centers and colocation sites, for Apple’s newest products and services. If you are passionate about enabling detailed user experiences across Apple devices, this is the opportunity for you. - Comprehending program objectives: Gain a comprehensive understanding of program goals and requirements - Roadmap creation: Define vital tasks, dependencies, and establish clear timelines for Infrastructure Services teams to meet program objectives - Progress monitoring: Track and assess progress towards achieving critical program breakthroughs, ensuring alignment with predetermined objectives - Documentation management: Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation for stakeholder reference and ongoing program evaluation - Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Drive internal and cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure coherence across teams - Progress reporting: Generate concise and significant progress reports on a weekly basis, communicating achievements, challenges, and timely updates to stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Validated experience in project management (3+ years) in infrastructure services or related technical domains Experience with project management software (OmniPlan, Wrike, Keynote, Powerpoint, etc.) Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
