We are seeking a driven and dynamic EPM passionate about optimizing Apple’s infrastructure to unlock new experiences for global users. You'll play a significant role in aligning infrastructure results with critical timelines for the introduction of these new products and services. Your responsibilities will revolve around defining vital technical tasks, being responsible for program progress, facilitating collaboration through meetings, and delivering detailed reports on advancement towards overall program goals! Description Description The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions - Special Programs Senior Engineering Program Manager will partner with teams across Apple to ensure infrastructure readiness, specifically within our data centers and colocation sites, for Apple’s newest products and services. - Comprehend new product/service program objectives: Gain a comprehensive understanding of program goals and design/engineering requirements for enabling new products/services
- Define design and implementation plans: Partner with product and service teams to develop design and implementation plans to introduce new high-performant, secure infrastructure solutions for enabling new products/services
- Create technical roadmaps: Define vital technical tasks, dependencies, and establish clear timelines for Infrastructure Services teams to meet program objectives
- Monitor progress: Track and assess progress towards achieving crucial program achievements, ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Risk management: Identify risks and drive technical mitigation plans according to program timelines
- Documentation management: Maintain detailed and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Drive meetings with product and service teams to facilitate technical and functional collaboration

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
