Manufacturing EngineerDescription -What a Manufacturing Engineer does at HPLead and own key manufacturing process in Graphics Falcon/G5i Printhead technology.Drives process characterization and improvements in collaboration with internal/external partners.Innovate on new forms of manufacturing technology (Smart Manufacturing) in line with Industrial 4.0 for cost savings and efficiency gains.Collaborate with PME and WW partners on process changes and convergence.Drive improvement plans on sustainable performance on quality, yield and throughput.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent or at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.Possess good understanding of manufacturing process, methodologies and environment.Strong technical leadership, excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.Good understanding of quality assurance and process control knowledge.Excellent team player, interpersonal and effective communication skills across functions and geographies.Good visualization skills to create real-time dashboards and/or reports to inform trends and insights.A willingness to learn and the ability to communicate ideas clearly in a team.Experience with JMP, Excel, Power BI would be an advantage.Proactive, Innovative, Independent and Self Motivating.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
