The Sr. Manager, Partner Success will build and lead a team of Workday functional and technical experts that serve as a guide and subject matter authority to our new and existing partners. The Sr. Manager, Partner Success and their team will partner closely with the Partner Management and our Customer Experience organizations to develop approaches to enable our partners to build their practice with speed. You will support executive level expectations by identifying key trends and themes for improvement areas in our partner ecosystem relative to enablement speed and develop approaches to strategically address them. We’re looking for someone who can lead in a fast-paced software-as-a-service company and can easily adapt in an environment that changes rapidly. In this role, you will:Serve as the lead advisor on Services Partner Certification, Authorization & Practice Build Guidance practice including approaches to streamline the partner experience while ensuring quality outcomesDevelop New Offering Launch and Product Enablement Strategies for Partner enablementDevelop and Deliver Partner CoE Enablement & CoE DeliveryDevelop and Deliver Functional & Technical Assistance offerings to our partners in partnership with Customer Experience About YouBasic Qualifications4+ years in a leadership role working in enterprise technology service delivery.5+ years of experience working with or for services to building a services practice.5+ years experience deploying Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials or similar implementations.Other QualificationsExpert at building deep trust and influencing at the senior leadership level.Strong communications skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and teamwork skills.Highly organized and detail oriented with a demonstrated use of planning strategies and tactics.Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environmentCapable of building positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones.Ability to analyze data, reports and dashboards and an eagerness to “dive in” and formulate new insights on how to better support partners.Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
