Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. This exciting position offers the selected individual the opportunity to learn about C3’s booking and marketing programs for casino entertainment across the country and Canada, including Caesars properties, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and more. You’ll work alongside all aspects of the casino team (booking, marketing, contracts) to learn how we take a show from pitch to confirmation to a sold-out show.RESPONSIBILITIESTrack competing shows in all marketsCompile ticket sales reportsPull marketing researchComplete various 3rd party marketing materialsCompose marketing gridsTrack artist news and updates for social mediaWork with marketing team members and their media contacts in various markets for promotional supportCross-reference artist websites and socials for confirmation of correct show informationWork with digital team to provide accurate and up-to-date show info in order to build social media adsPull content for and publish website buildsProvide input on marketing copyReview and verify accuracy of artist/property deal points and contractsBuild media spreadsheets with statistical information on media outlets in various marketsVarious office tasks – assisting with marketing invoicing, checking/distributing mail, etc.Assist with talent booking responsibilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThis role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday.
