You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, analytics, engineering, and others to identify and prioritize opportunities to solve key customer problems. You will be responsible for leading experiments and launching product features to drive growth and engagement.What you will accomplish:Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve buyer conversion rates by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and understanding buyer needs.Lead experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions that improve conversion rates and engagement.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to design, develop, and launch product features that drive engagement and conversion.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and experiments.Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the company.What you will bring: 5+ years of product management or strategy consulting experience with e-commerce experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.Experience running experiments to test hypotheses and identify solutions to improve conversion rates and engagement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering products iteratively.Passionate about driving growth and engagement, and have a track record of leading successful experiments and launching product features.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$135,200 - $205,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
