As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will collaborate with every department at WP Engine (like Finance, Product, Customer Experience and Sales Ops), helping them become more data-informed. The day to day.Passionate about enabling a culture of self-service analytics? You will serve as an authority on the company's most important centralized data sources. You'll work to connect these metrics with new data partners from across the organization as well as build out new reporting when needed. As a thriving BI analyst you'll be:Analyze, design, develop, implement and support Business Intelligence solutions based on business requirements and technical specificationsReview data from multiple sources and provide complex data analysis for various cross-functional teams serving as an evangelist for enabling a data-based culture.Handle requests for visualization, builds reports and dashboardsDiscover opportunities for new reports/visualizationPartner with the data teams to be an expert on the EDWIdentify and close data quality issues and work with the data engineering team for resolutionsWork on ad-hoc report requirements that may come upAssist in managing security around data and analytics Preferred Skills:2-3 Years of experience in a related fieldMust be analytic, creative and self-motivatedGood understanding of databases and proficiency in writing moderate to complex SQL queriesPrior experience with data visualization tool like Tableau/Looker/Domo will be advantageousGCP (BigQuery) or DBT experience is a bonusSelf-driven with ability to think outside the box to complete projects on timeCustomer Support Analytics experience is preferred#LI-JK1At WP Engine, we strive to have the broadest possible view of diversity, going beyond visible differences to include the background, experiences, skills, and perspectives that make each person unique.
