Subject matter expert in implementing new assay, reagent changes and revised methods into production environment. Lead CAPA investigations with lab operations and support in validation of changes.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership to the laboratory production team; motivate and develop the team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.Reviews Product change notifications and decide appropriate actions that should be taken. Shares information with Lab Management when decisions are taken with Tech Ops Manager.Leads/participates in CAPA investigations utilizing structural problem-solving tools.Achieves and maintains competencies in all methods used in ILS lab operations in order to lead and validate changes in the lab complying with QMSIdentify training needs and development opportunities for the laboratory production team, in liaison with assay dev team for new pipeline.Subject matter expert in core projects representing lab operations needs and driving implementation of new assay in operations.Work closely with various functions including but not limited to assay development, bioinformatics, software development, quality assurance and supply chain.
