Job Requisition ID #24WD80123Position OverviewWorking in the Marketing Services team, you will support the Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group leading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Consistent with our team's commitment to activate campaigns, including validation and testing of journeys/campaigns, is where you will spend most of your time.You will report to the Marketing Services Manager based in the United States.This role is hybrid—you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week. You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.ResponsibilitiesConsult on technical feasibility and limitations of existing platformsReview campaign/journey design and recommend changesBuild GTM audiences in our CDP and last-mile execution systems (Marketo, Sendwithus)Manage the export of customer data from the CDP to execution systems for message personalizationMaintain knowledge of marketing preferences and email best practicesSuggest process improvements to increase speed and quality of executionBuild orchestrated journey logicDevelop marketing programs in execution systemsMeticulously validate and test for expected results before go-liveEnsure activation of marketing campaigns, resolving any issues promptly and consistently communicating with partnersKeep statuses current in our campaign management toolPerform pre- and post-launch analysis ( preference for SQL skill)Work with both marketers and technical teams (ability to speak both "languages")Review data dictionaries and catalogs to maintain Autodesk data proficiencyMinimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operationsProficiency in understanding data and automation processesKnowledge of how a marketing automation system and a customer data platform work and their impact on an organizationService-oriented; customer-focused and meticulous attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills, reliability, and punctuality are key to success in this roleA positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to share knowledge, and strong communication skills are highly valued in our teamExperience in working independently and managing multiple projects is essential for this position#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
