Job Requisition ID #24WD80178Position OverviewThe Autodesk Growth Marketing team is looking for a accomplished communications professional who will help us market our marketing through our team and across Autodesk! You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring communication strategies that align with our strategic business goals. You are enthusiastic, curious and creative thinker with an understanding of marketing principles and a passion for storytelling, content creation, and strategic communication. You enjoy partnering across organizations and teams and are willing to help diverse projects communicate their wins. This role is fully remote and will report directly to the Autodesk Growth Marketing Chief of Staff.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective communication strategies that align with Autodesk Growth Marketing objectivesProduce high-quality, compelling content that resonates with our target audience and promotes team engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platformsManage internal communications, including newsletters, intranet, all hands, and corporate announcementsMonitor, analyze, and report on communication campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform communication strategiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in a communications or marketing roleProven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and presentations for senior leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging contentStrong knowledge of communication practices and techniques, including digital and social mediaInterested in working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and social media platformsSolid team player, interested in improving and supporting their peers#LI-SV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $84,500 and $145,750. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
