Job Requisition ID #24WD79938Position OverviewAre you an experienced Senior Product Manager with deep technical skills and experience with tying workflows to customer success? Autodesk, the leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, is recruiting for a results oriented product manager in the Autodesk Internal Development Platform team.Autodesk Internal Development Platform is used by thousands of Autodesk developers to deliver services which see the scale of millions of hits/hour. As a product leader, you will drive the roadmap for Autodesk Internal Development Platform by turning our strategy into applicable steps that reduce toil and increase developer productivity. This is an opportunity to help shape the Autodesk Platform and make a significant impact on the future of the company.You will report to a Director, Product Management, Developer Enablement. This is a hybrid working model role.ResponsibilitiesUse a lean product mindset to lead product decisions and roadmap developmentSet and evaluate product success using qualitative and quantitative measuresDocument user needs in workflows, use cases, or customer journeysManage expectations of stakeholders through frequent and clear communication of vision, strategy, and product roadmapCollaborate with designers and researchers to advocate for, plan, and implement user research and solution validation plansPractice facilitative leadership to lead decision-making and prioritization towards positive team and product outcomesContribute to the product management culture at AutodeskMinimum Qualifications8+ years working as Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (a must)Break down complex problems into user-focused solutionsExperience defining and tracking product metricsExperience evaluating a quickly moving competitive landscapeExperience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partnersFamiliarity with container environments such as Kubernetes or similarExperience with networking and security conceptsFamiliarity with cloud computing and the way distributed systems interactPreferred QualificationsCan communicate effectively with highly technical teams, business representatives, executives, and customersIs a problem solver who enjoys breaking down complex problems and designing elegant solutionsA Product Manager who sets goals, measures success, and enables their teammates to make an impactA customer advocate who can weigh competing priorities and maintain an ongoing feedback loop between other teams and external customersA teammate who contributes to the team growth and continuous improvementAn energetic presenter who can tell compelling stories and actively listen to feedback#LI-DV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
