We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The ChallengeWorking with the Adobe Consulting Project Leadership Team, you will support our project managers during execution of digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Experience Cloud.Working with the Adobe teams and our customers, you will support our project management team in evaluating proposed solutions, risk assessments and requirements definition, managing scope and working on resource requirements, from project initiation through planning, executing, monitoring to closing.What you’ll doSupport the project teams in effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and reporting of project execution (risk management, budget, timeline, etc)Support the project team resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicingSupport the project-level communication to customers and internally within AdobeSupport regional Delivery Management regarding with reporting and supporting tasks regarding overall project delivery managementActive participation in PMO practice developmentWhat you'll need to succeedBachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Business AdministrationStrong organizational skills to be able to coordinate tasks across multiple concurrent projects to be supportedAnalytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)Professional demeanor, ability to interact with diverse teams throughout Adobe and communicate with client project managers, team members and management stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skills (German and English)The role covers the Central Europe region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) but is generally Germany-basedAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
