Serve as a key driver and glue across internal IDS teams as well as external x-functional partners.What you'll Do Improve business value delivery through thoughtful planning, as well as predictable and consistent program executionOwn project roadmap, drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, landmarks, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout.Prepare and maintain program dashboards, status reports on work within scrum team, Steering Committee/Executive briefings, SLC (Service Life Cycle) check point artifacts along with all program level communicationsDrive strategic and tactical decisions for your programIdentify and solve broad complex issuesEstablish success metrics and regularly evaluate and adjust execution strategy to achieve the success measuresLead cross-team collaboration through influenceDemonstrate strong analytical and quantitive skills and drive data-based decision makingCraft well thought out proposals/recommendations that specify a clear course of actionCreate streamlined content tailored to the audience and present up, down, and across the management stackWhat you need to succeed B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent6-10 years of experience in program management with PMP & CSM certifiedProduct management background is high desirableKnowledge of ERP system like S4 Hana in context of Data & AnalyticsExperience handling multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resourcesExperience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid) and tailoring the approach for program successAbility to propel towards clarity from ambiguityBe a change agent! The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $258,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
