The Enablement Experience Manager will develop enablement assets in the modality best suiting the content, such as eLearning courses, videos, podcasts, point-of-work reference materials, or live webinar events, etc., bringing creativity and innovation to every solution. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Engagement Manager to create enablement plans, attend stakeholder meetings where possible and provide input to and attend QBRsWork with identified subject matter experts to develop and maintain engaging, world-class content to drive enablement aligned to program prioritiesDesign and create comprehensive and dynamic enablement assetsDefine the best suited learning techniques (e.g., in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, cohort self-paced e-learning, on demand e-learning) with comprehension measurement as the primary deliverablesDevelop quick reference material including user guides, how-to guides, job aids, and tip sheetsBuild interactive product and sales playbooks (on-demand and print)Ideate, design, develop, publish, manage, and report within sales readiness tools and enablement platformsMaintain and expand the Genesys digital learning ecosystemQualifications3+ years of instructional design or technologies experience, preferably for a sales or client-facing organizationBA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional or educational technologyHighly organized and outcome-driven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while working on concurrent projects and juggling multiple prioritiesClear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skillsExperience working with global teams/organizations in a matrixed environmentExpert proficiency using sales training tools and sales enablement platformsProven proficiency with an array of content authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) required.
