SummaryThe Financial Analyst is responsible for the creation of operational and financial reports, forecasting future results, and providing various standard and ad hoc analyses. Additionally, the position will support the Financial Systems and Reporting Manager in enhancing our FP&A systems and reporting.What You’ll DoCreates forecasting models, publishes management reporting, and provides financial performance analysis to operational teamsEnsures the efficient & accurate flow of data between the various financial reporting systemsDevelopments and verifies the accuracy of financial reports and dashboards in the various FP&A reporting toolsRecommends and drives improvements & enhancements to current financial systemsRetrieves discerns, and reconciles information from various sources to ensure data integrity and accurate reportingParticipates in driving process improvements related to forecasting, reporting, modeling, and analysisCreates and presents various reports to operating groups, tailoring information as needed for greater clarity and understanding of the organizationEnsures timely development of accurate reports and analyses to support corporate goals and strategiesWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, (MIS) Management Information Systems, or a related field2+ years of finance, business analytics, or planning experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience in Financial Systems, Databases & SQL Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environmentExtremely detail-oriented and organizedTime managementAbility to interact effectively with co-workers across all levels and areas of the companyAbility to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsTravel Requirements & Working ConditionsMinimal travel for internal meetingsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva officeHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $61,000.00 - $104,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
