We are seeking a Senior Manager of Renewal Sales to lead the Americas Renewals function for the IP Sales segment. In this role, you will focus on optimizing renewal retention, upselling, multi-year contracts, and price increase yield. This role reports into the Sr. Director of IP Renewal Sales. Leads the Americas RAM team in driving account retention, expansion, and acquisition for IP sales throughout the marketAccurately forecast the renewals identifying any risks of slipping while leveraging reporting and predictive analyticsPartner with various businesses to implement necessary business process changes to support renewal workflow enhancementsCollaborates closely with Regional Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and implement strategies for cross selling, upselling and blending efforts across specialty and generalist areasCoach Renewal Account Managers to effectively work across a matrixed global sales organizationMaintains a thorough understanding of IP’s strategies, goals, structure, and operating methodologies Hours of Work This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours and in-office attendance 2-3 days a week.
