Senior Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Product Operations team within Life Sciences in Belgrade. The team will support you with back-end knowledge of the existing systems and you will work alongside the usage analytics team that also work across the functions.  You will work across the organization and learn the needs and job roles of all that require Pendo as part of their workflow. About you-experience, education, skills and accomplishments​ 7+ years of experience in similar roles3+ years experience working on different projects1+ years of experience working with Pendo, Hotjar or Aha!1+ years of experience working in a global and matrix team It would be great if you also have . . .  Experience working with PowerBIExperience in product usage analyticsMasters or PhDWhat will you be doing in this role?  Collaborate with product managers and across the functions, including customer success, customer care, renewals, marketing, sales, sales support functions, user analytics, customer engagement, UX and technology.Project manage all installations of Pendo and Zendesk in the products.Work with product managers to enable them to understand the customer journey, set up metrics to measure success. Testing of new functionality with surveys, fake doors, tracking core events, usage, product engagement scores, and NPSAbout the Team  The cross-functional teams require different types of support, sales need to understand the customer metrics, training teams usage and success of training program, marketing to support sales plays.
