We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor (Dutch-speaking) to join our Brand IP team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on activities regarding intellectual property research and information services within the Customer Care department. The team consists of 20+ people and is reporting to the Customer Care Manager. We have a great skill set in Belgrade Centre of Excellence and we would love to speak with you if you have excellent spoken and written Dutch and English, have a positive and friendly demeanor, great problem-solving skills, and both confidence and poise in all customer interactions.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 1 year of customer service experience.Proficient level of Dutch and English language.It would be great if you also have . . .Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.Proficiency in MS Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.Ability to work well under pressure.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.What will you be doing in this role?Provide verbal and written response to customer inquiries.
