In this role, you will be able to help shape the future of lyrics on Apple Music. You will drive projects that keep raising the bar for lyrics in the industry. This role combines a passion for music with a strong analytical, data-driven and organized mind to track multiple projects at once. You will be the liaison between the Lyrics Operations team and our partners, inside and outside Apple. You will be working internationally on strategies to better support the customer experience with Apple Music Lyrics. Description Description Support Editorial priorities and cross-functional campaigns on Apple Music Lead Editorial efforts globally in partnership with international local teams Lead the strategy for lyrics coverage in the US and globally Track projects from inception to completion across multiple teams Streamline processes and reporting Manage relationship with external lyrics partners This role might require you to be available after hours or on weekends, based on off-schedule releases Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Substantial experience with project/program management in related industry Substantial experience working with external partners Excellent written and verbal communication -- able to tailor communications to all levels of the organization and outside Apple Outstanding collaboration skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and execution as well as in the ability to influence and inspire others to achieve a common goal Proven ability to set up, organize, complete and report on complex projects across multiple teams Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Native-level proficiency in another language besides English and inclusive knowledge of other cultural norms Deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware Strong presentation skills in front of large audiences and leadership Bachelor’s degree Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,200 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
