Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Key Responsibilities Update daily cashback rates, offers, images, and banners for specific partner pages and our website homepage. Monitor & action incoming external communication from partners regarding changes to their campaigns. Work closely with the Client Success Team regarding rates and offers setup. • Assist with the identification and escalation of issues. Perform quality checks on rates, offers, images, banners, and campaign setups. • Onboard new partners onto our Cashback Platform. You will be required to navigate partner portals, liaise with our internal Client Success Team, or email partners directly to source the requirement information for launch. Building rapport with team members and consistently delivering exceptional services to our clients, partners, and affiliate networks. Provide support to the additional Operations Teams and participate in cross-training where required. Data administration and ad-hoc tasks as required. Skills, Attributes & Qualifications Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills Intermediate level experience with the following software preferred: Sales Force, Monday.com, and the Microsoft Suite specifically Excel & Teams Extremely detail-orientated Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Motivated and proactive attitude towards understanding and resolving issues as they arise. • Strong work ethic and high reliability. A passion and desire to work in a data entry/administrative capacity.
