Your role focuses on leveraging analytics, robotics, and AI to refine and enhance the processes supporting our strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with global teams to implement data-driven solutions that automate workflows and drive continuous improvement, aligning with new technologies to address evolving challenges. Your contributions and close collaboration with your GTC Systems, Process & Analytics counterpart on the other side of the world ensure seamless global coverage and round-the-clock execution. Together, you have the power to influence the adoption of new technologies, drive innovation, and ensure uninterrupted business continuity and compliance adherence.Responsibilities:Global Synchronization & Backup Support: Collaborate with your GTC Systems, Process & Analytics colleague on the other side of the world to ensure alignment and provide backup support for critical systems and processes, enabling uninterrupted business operations.Strategic Technology Integration and Innovation: Support the integration of AI, robotics, and analytics to automate and optimize trade compliance systems and processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and global standards.Operational and Compliance Enhancement: Use advanced analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI to support and enhance decision-making while maintaining robust operational efficiencies and internal controls.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead business process analysis and mapping, help define business requirements, and collaborate with AI, robotics, and analytics teams to advance data-driven compliance projects from planning to execution for seamless integration and functionality across regions.Technology & Data Support: Provide end-to-end support for ServiceNow tickets, including regional assignments for timely resolution and system enhancements implementation. Manage comprehensive data processes, from cleansing, uploading, and bulk denied party screening, ensuring accuracy and integrity vital for the continuity of critical ERP cross-functional activities.Compliance & Control Maintenance: Maintain internal compliance standards and manage system, robotics, and data analytics tasks to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.Training & Documentation: Develop compliance training materials focused on robotics and analytics and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and continuity.Support & Adherence to Standards: Contribute to change management strategies and manage ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring flexibility and compliance adherence.Reporting & Communication: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, manage KPI dashboards to monitor compliance metrics, and ensure data integrity.Professional Development & Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current with global trade regulations, data analytics trends, and Scrum methodologies to promote continuous professional growth.Requirements:A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in international business, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics or 6 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong background in global trade compliance, skilled in AI, analytics, and robotics for process improvement.Proficiency in SAP GTS, Hana, Snowflake, Tableau, and PowerBI; a deep understanding of AI and robotics applications in trade compliance.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Desirable certifications: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Agile Scrum Master, or Product Owner, with a willingness to obtain further training.Join Us:Illumina invites you to join a team that impacts global health through genomics.
