Take Back Compliance implementation GraduateDescription -We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Take Back team. The team is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Compliance requirements. This position focuses on project management and process automation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding business principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in data management and process improvement and automation.Responsibilities:Project Support:Assist in managing and implementing compliance projects using Agile methodology.Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.Review and evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with standards.Process optimizationLead and participate with the Compliance Program Manager and the rest of the Global team in process improvement initiatives.Education & Experience RecommendedBachelor or Master in Business administration, Engineering, Operations management or equivalent.Up to 2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.Knowledge & SkillsCommunication.Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.Familiar with visual reporting tools (Power BI, etc).Process and Project Management experience.Team and project management skills, including project structuring and continuous improvement methodologies.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Reliability and a strong sense of ownership.Flexibility to adapt to new requirements.Highly organized and a good multi-tasker.Leadership skills to promote change and implement improvements.Productivity and efficiency. Be familiar and able to promote within the team: use of SharePoint, Teams and Loop capabilities as part of project coordination and other tasks.OthersLearning Agility.Enthusiasm, curiosity, participative and willing to bring new ideasTo be valued: Programming basic knowledge, Power automate, etc.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
