This alignment ensures not only synergy but also a shared sense of purpose and successAbout the RoleWe seek a dynamic and experienced Event Marketing Manager UKI with a “can do” attitude. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing UKI, this role involves planning and executing high-profile UKI Strategic events, including customer and partner events, and large third-party trade shows. The aim is to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities, and to educate and empower attendees.You will:Lead the planning and execution of key UK&I events, ensuring all elements are coordinated effectively.Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, standardize processes, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to achieve audience acquisition goals.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for Sales, Field Marketing, and Event Agency partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Manage venue selection, contract execution, budget, staff and attendee communication, website and registration development, creative services, technical production, and general logistics.Drive impactful post-event reporting and follow-up, distributing metrics to relevant teams.Work with UKI, EMEA, and Global counterparts to align UKI programmes with the GTM strategy.Ensure supporting agencies keep events on track and within budget.Propose and implement new ideas and cost-saving opportunities to enhance event processes and outcomes.Serve as the primary contact for delivering all content-related marketing assets.Oversee on-site brand and audience engagement to drive attendance and maximise event impact.About You Basic Requirements:5 years' experience working in Events in Field Marketing Demonstrated experience in a B2B Field Marketing environment Experience and demonstrated success in event project management and/or conference production in a rapid-growth environment.Other RequirementsOutstanding project and time management skills – highly organised, detail focused, results-driven, and accountableExcellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to deal professionally with senior executives, vendors, and team members at all levels of the organizationExceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines.Proven track-record of successfully leading complex event programmes with varied stakeholders representing cross-functional units within a corporate organisation.Proven success in managing external vendors and suppliers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent budget development and management skills.Resourceful, self-starter.
