Collaborate with architects, product management, engineering, QE and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions adherence to development goals and principles, including providing input on database design and optimization. Produce clear, well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews for both software and database components, including reviewing and providing feedback on database schema designs and queries. Strictly follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining over 80%-unit test coverage and other release criteria standards, including testing of database functionality and performance. Develop technical & domain expertise and apply to solving product challenges, including database-related challenges such as scalability, performance optimization, and concurrency issues. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across multiple databases and systems by designing and implementing database schemas that meet product requirements and performance goals.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.Special Skill Requirements: 1. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
