Work throughout all phases of the software development process independently as well as work jointly with other team members. Collaborate with architects, product management, engineering, QE and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions alignment to development goals and principles. Lead product design, produce clear, well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews. Evangelize and communicate your design, methods, and results to a community of developers, analysts, and product managers. Understand business problems and driving it to Machine Learning based solutions. Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentorship to develop and improve performance of individual team members and success of overall team. Strictly follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining high test coverage and other release criteria standards. Responsible for leading engineering support, release, and on-call responsibilities for an always-on 24x7 site.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field.Special Skill Requirements: 1. Using Java to make interface changes and implement design including developing REST API, handling request, performing unit testing on modules developed using JUnit Framework and working with Version Control tools including Git for committing and pushing code to secured repositories2. Using Python to read data and use machine learning models to analyze data3. Using Distributed Systems concepts to design and implement scalabe distributed systems for backend services4. Using Cloud-related knowledge for cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring 5. Using A/B testing to run tests with different features, compare two versions and determine which one performs better6. Using Google Analytics to create documentation and determine analytics solutions7. Using Hadoop to make queries to select data from database and conduct data manipulation8. Using XML to write test plans and run diagnostic testsBase salary:  $147,368-176,550 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
