Work on similarity Engine, A Next Generation Content-Based Recommender System and Knowledge-Based System (Kbs). The System (Kbs) Is a form of Artificial Intelligence (Ai) that aims to capture the knowledge. Use Ai Models to Support the Decision-Making. As a member of the Coreai Foundation Team, build a next generation of The AI Foundation Components. Understand and implement complex software applications in C++ And Java. Deliver highly performing, low latency, robust code with high test case coverage, continuous integration and production monitoring. Participate in engineering design and code reviews. Triage and debug production issues. Partner and collaborate with other organizations throughout Ebay. Share knowledge with the wider team as well as learning about and contributing to eBay’s core app experience. Troubleshoot issues and solve problems where needed. Create and nurture highly available systems on Kubernetes. Telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements: 1. Distributed System, Data structures and Algorithms2. Coding skills in one or more of programming languages - Java, Scala, Python are required.3. Software design life cycle standard methodologies (design docs, code reviews, support, Sprint planning, and Agile methodologies)4. System and computing architectures5. Data management and infrastructure, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Flink, and Kafka are required.6. Standard ML frameworks, Build, Test, Deploy, and Re-train stages of full ML/AI life cycleBase salary:  $155,418-205,700 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
