Job Requisition ID #24WD80061Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a trusted finance business partner to join our EMEA Sales Finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Director of EMEA Territory Sales but you will be the primary business partner to the Senior Director of Inside Sales. You must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgment. A strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development is required, preferably in a software company. You will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial details.You will have frequent interactions and collaborate with our local sales teams, deal teams and finance teams and ensure informed business decisions through strong, effective analysis and important business insights.We offer hybrid working options for all employees.ResponsibilitiesParticipate to the annual business planning cycle, allocating targets among individual portfolios and territories across all mature markets in EMEA MatureSupport individual target sheet definition and review and approve monthly commission attainments for the sales teamDevelop, maintain and monitor the reporting process on daily, weekly and quarterly billings performanceBuild Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for sales and finance senior management, present a EOQ finance deck to review performance and metricsCollaborate with the broader sales finance community to facilitate and lead the evolution of our reporting and analysis tools, to keep up with the evolution of business requirementsPromote efficient, standardized systems and processes, using worldwide best practicesManage and maintain the weekly subscriptions and billings forecast process for Vertical Territory SalesSupport sales and their pipeline management through Salesforce.comPerform regular analysis of portfolios or territories, including different trends by industry or customer segmentManage the planning and forecast process for Opex, supported by the Spend Analyst teamStrengthen internal controls with emphasis on the training and communication of revenue recognition policies and government engagement policyBe a fiduciary in the best interest of the company, free of conflicts of interest and with objectivity, integrity, and truthfulnessMinimum requirementsBachelor's degree (Finance, Business or Accounting)5 years' experience as a Finance BP providing financial, operational, and administrative support to high-tech sales organizationsArticulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbalInfluencing skills at multiple levels (staff, peers, superiors) are very importantStay informed about important details and distill knowledge into an easily communicable message is criticalWork with teams across the globeStrong skills in Microsoft ExcelPreferred QualificationsAnaplan, Salesforce and Power BI experience#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
