Job Requisition ID #24WD79993Position Overview:You will work in a hybrid position reporting directly to the Manager, Renewal Sales in Japan. You will be responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing large and strategic renewals opportunities by working directly with our customers and resellers/partners. We are looking for a person who is dedicated with a deep focus on a per account basis, so will need to build customer specific engagement plans from a strategic standpoint by working in collaboration with TASE, CSA and Partners.Responsibilities:You will achieve assigned sales quotasYou will use opportunity pipelines and Forecast Management for Midmarket set of accountsProvide deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closureEscalate issues for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention, and guide risk mitigation executionIdentify customer upsell and expansion opportunitiesSales results analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product.Coordinate collaborative channel partner, Midmarket sales and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performanceMinimum Qualifications:8+ years sales/renewals experienceExperience negotiating $1M+ complex sales/renewals dealWorking knowledge of SFDCThe Ideal CandidateComplexity: You will resolve complex issues and create solutionsNegotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customer and partnersPlanning: Contributing to building the customer plan and realizing the customer goalsFluent languages spoken and written: Japanese & English#LI-JA1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
