You will be involved in rolling-out, supporting, and reviewing the business process strategy and operations to ensure objectives are met for the Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) teams. Working together with the CS Programme Managers, Instructional Designers, and Process Managers, the Process Adoption Lead helps implement new programmes and tools by ensuring all relevant roles are adopting the required process change. This is an exciting opportunity to improve our Consulting and Customer Success Manager (CSM) related processes and Autodesk's future success. Responsibilities Increase adoption of business process standards and tools and solicit feedback for improvementDeliver relevant training and learning content to ECS teams to improve ramp-up time and adherence to new processesProvide one-on-one and one-to-few mentoring on processes and methodologies, recommending additional training resourcesCollect information about status of process adoption programmes, maintain high-level project schedule, raise potential issues with programme manager; suggest and implement solutionsWork with partners and initiate action to improve business systems and toolsMaintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient operation of programmes and supporting systems and business processesContribute to project strategy, design, and successful implementation Minimum Qualifications 2-3 Years+ previous experience in a Consulting, Programme Management, or Business Analyst roleLanguage: English - must have excellent verbal and written skills Preferred Qualifications BS/BA degreePrevious Consulting experience deploying technology or services with large enterprise and the desire for learning and growthYou are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peersAble to travel (less than 20%)Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
