If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Manager to guide our Central EMEA Customer Success team to help Autodesk's customers with Enterprise Business Agreements create long-term success by implementing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and increase adoption.You will report into the Director, Enterprise Customer Success for North & Central EMEA and play a big role in ensuring that we meet our consumption, consulting revenue, value realization and customer sentiment goals for the region.This is an exciting opportunity to influence our customers, and Autodesk's success.Job's workplace: hybridResponsibilitiesLead a regional team of experienced Customer Success Managers (CSM) responsible for our biggest accounts within the Manufacturing industry in DACHImprove customer adoption by creating customer outcomesFocus the team to develop Customer Success Plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction aligned to customer outcomesEstablish own relationships with customers where helpful for customer engagementWork with extended leadership group to agree on common targets, strategies and activities to grow the regionManage your team performance, develop and retain talent and coach your team on a regular baseGuide your team through change by providing an inspirational picture of the future state, instilling a positive culture to promote new ways of working and innovationCreate a purposeful environment where everybody can bring their authentic selves at workMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience managing customer-facing businessesEstablished track record of accountability and responsibilityEmpathy for customers and passion for growthExperience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as a sponsorExperience conducting quarterly business reviews and communicating our internal and external stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with business and technology trends in the Manufacturing industryLeadership experience within customer facing teamsEnthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire othersExperience with value drivers in recurring revenue business models#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
